Minimum qualifications include:

• • Full time, Chicago, IL

  • Active with the Carpenters Union 

  • Lead and supervise team of carpentry, drywall, acoustical ceiling system installers. 

  • Organize work schedule, manage to deadlines, timely response to requests and understand how to project work hours for various tasks.

  • Experience working in commercial buildings and familiarity with building regulations and protocols.

  • Oversee safety and job site quality.

  • Communicate with project managers, field leaders, other trades to ensure quality project delivery. 

  • Complete daily records (i.e.  safety, change orders, daily work , material scheduling, timecards).

  • Read architectural plans, 

  • Experience with Procore, Plangrid, and other construction software.

  • OSHA 30 

  • Solid knowledge of union rules and safety regulations.

  • Strong leadership and problem solving skills, ability to lead and motivate teams.
